Most times when celebrities go head-to-head in beefs, things get crazy
In the entertainment world, the Me vs You beef has been existing for a very long time and now it has become part and parcel of the game.
Lines have been Drawn, Shots have been Fired and series of Shades have been Thrown both lyrically and through social media platforms.
This year, many celebrity beefs have made news, but here are some of the few that caught the attention of music lovers nationwide;
2face vs Black Face
Tuface Idibia and his former band mate, Blackface have been in loggerheads for a very long time now. The beef just got hotter this year when Blackface took to his instagram page to accuse 2face of stealing his songs and stalling his career.
After a long time of keeping mute on the issue, 2face replied through his lawyer asking Blackface to apologise all the defamatory statements he has ever made about him or face trial.
For BlackFace and 2face, their beef seem not to have an end in sight.
Wizkid & Davido
It’s no news that that Wizkid and Davido beef is premised on superiority. Both artistes engaged in fierce social media tussle some weeks ago, throwing different shades of tweets at each other.
Without wasting words, we all know the story of “pon pon pon“, Yankee Passport, Local artistes, Frog Voice and so on. I wonder when this beef will end between them
Harrysong & Kcee
They used to be friends and former label mate. Their beef stemmed from rumors making grounds that Harrysong is the heartbeat of Five Star music responsible for many of his friend Kcee‘s hit.
While Kcee debunked the rumours with explanations that Harrysong is still in his village when he won Star Quest, a popular music reality tv show.
Earlier this month, Harrysong published on social media the lawsuit filed against him by Kcee before he dropped a new single “Arabanko” to lyrically say more about their beef.
No doubt, the beef between Harrysong and Kcee is not something like a joking stuff (In Falz’s Voice) at all.
